HOW IT STARTED
It Began With a Sorghum Seed and a Big Idea.
More than 30 years ago, our founders identified something remarkable: sorghum grain could be extruded into a natural, biodegradable foam through a patented, polymer-free process. Under the MILEX Corporation banner, we developed this into an environmentally responsible packaging alternative. The real breakthrough: MILEX was one of the most effective natural insulators on the market.
